Laurence Foulds is Chief Executive Officer of Middlesex Aerospace. Overseeing the strategic direction of the company, Laurence heads a strong team who will lead the company to growth, innovation and success in a fast-moving aerospace market.
Steve Miller
Managing Director Steve is responsible for determining and enacting the company vision, ensuring excellence at every stage. Steve joined the company 25 years ago and his experience in managing partner relationships will be underpin our drive to continually deliver ever higher standards of quality and customer service.
John Cobb
John joined Middlesex Aerospace in 2015 as Chief Accountant with a central role in supporting the performance and growth of the company. As a Fellow Member of the Chartered Certified Accountants John and his team ensure all Internal and External Financial Reporting information is managed, and that all transactions are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
Ian Monk
Qualified in both design and engineering, Sales and Engineering Director Ian joined Middlesex Group in 1984 and holds a key position to ensure future growth opportunities are realised whilst enhancing Customer satisfaction and expectation. With a remit to focus on business performance and continual improvement, Ian heads up a highly skilled commercial and engineering team that embraces technological advance, provides innovative solutions and adds value to our processes.
Mike O’Grady
Mike began his career with Middlesex Aerospace in 1989, when he joined the company from school as an Engineering Apprentice. As Quality Manager, Mike brings his in-depth knowledge of Middlesex Aerospace to ensure the company strives to reach even great heights in product quality through driving the business quality strategy and managing activities associated with our quality assurance partners.
Dagmara Olencka
Following a successful career in supply chain management and purchasing within the automotive and financial services, Dagmara joined Middlesex Aerospace in 2016 as Senior Buyer before moving up to NPI Director. Dagmara delivers the vision and direction for the NPI team, and manages the smooth co-ordination between functions across the company to ensure new products are introduced successfully.
